Shipping & Cancellation

Domestic Shipping: We offer to ship anywhere in India. We take utmost care in the shipping of your products. But to make all procedures smooth and easy, please allow us 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed on a business day aim to ship the very next business day, providing card security checks are complete, the payment received, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays, so please bear with us.

Cancellation of Order: The order can be cancelled if we receive a cancellation e-mail before the order is dispatched by us. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. HobbyHut has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by HobbyHut and accepts HobbyHut’s decision regarding the cancellation.
However, we charge the courier charges if the order is not accepted or refused by you at the time of delivery. The courier charge will be automatically debited, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. (Courier charges depends on your location and the weight of the product

Replacement/ Return Policy

We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of inspection before packaging and dispatch. The chance of damage is very rare. However, in case if there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement: –

  • HobbyHut offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation, missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on the website.
  • Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
  • The replacement window is for 15 days from the date the order is delivered to you.
  • For any damaged or incorrect product received, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Before confirming an exchange/replacement, we would require proof of defect in the product in the form of a photo or the unboxing video.
  • Kindly share the unboxing video so that we can get it checked and assist you accordingly.
  • To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. After receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us via local courier. Once we receive the item back, we will arrange to replace the item through our logistics partner. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. If the delivery is not executed during all three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, the customer will be charged for re-attempting the delivery. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
  • The replacement/Coupon code is processed only after the defective product is received and confirmed at the warehouse. In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a coupon code equal to the value of the product you purchased. The coupon code will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from HobbyHut online store within three months.

Care while returning of a product

We recommend that while shipping an item back to the store, please use a reliable courier for tracking purposes as HobbyHut does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping in such a case.
