Please be informed that once the order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to get dispatched from our warehouse and the dispatched order will be delivered within 4-5 business days.

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that the orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

Unfortunately, We Do not have COD option. Please proceed with Paid order, your payments will be safe and secure.

Yes, you can modify the address before the order is shipped, but once it is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

Actually, we have very highly competitive shipping rates in the industry, we charge shipping only for orders below 799/- Shipping is absolutely free for orders above 799/-. We take utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.

All our orders go through 2 levels of Quality Checks before dispatching. We have the photo and video evidence of the packed items.
However, if you have missing items, please do get in touch with us through email at [email protected]. We will check and revert.

If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you receive it, please kindly contact HobbyHut team (within 24 hours of receiving the order). When you contact us, be sure to include pictures and evidence along with your claim. Once we obtain all the relevant information, we will assist you accordingly

Most of our couriers will make three attempts at delivery before marking a parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to the warehouse. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will contact you and confirm if the product has to be reshipped or process a refund and we will proceed accordingly.

Kindly do not panic. If you have properly placed your order on our website or through App, be rest assured, it can be surely tracked.

2. Sometimes, the payment may be held by the bank for reasons unknown to us. Once we get payment confirmation from the bank, the order will be successfully placed.

All the ongoing discounts are available on the website only. We do not offer manual discounts. * However, you can fill our Wholesale buy form for more offers.

There is no cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it gets dispatched.

However, we charge the courier charges if the order is not accepted or refused by you at the time of delivery. The courier charge will be automatically debited, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

You can register your email address on the product page to get notified once the item is restocked

Please be informed that return or replacement is applicable only if the delivered order is damaged or incorrect. If the delivered item is as per your order and if it is the same product as per the website, we do not process replacement or return. ​​
If you have received any incorrect item, please share us the image of the product through email ([email protected]) within 24-48 hours or delivery. We will then check with the concerned team and revert to you at the earliest.
